On April 24, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your correspondence dated April 21,
2008 for the above referenced project. You are seeking comments with regards to the aforementioned
project and/or any permits the Division of Water Quality may require.
The Division of Water Quality is unable to provide random comments on any project unless you are
specifically seeking a 401 Water Quality Certification. A complete application package and applicable
fee would need to be submitted for review and approval. Please visit the website to obtain all the
necessary information about the 401 Water Quality Program, http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/
