The additional information requested was for a stormwater management plan due to the impervious percentage for the project which exceeded the required 24%. As part of our first submittal the project included sidewalks which have been removed and the building footprints have been reduced based on constructing the same square footage in two floors verses one. The above mentioned reductions in impervious area have reduced the impervious percentage to 23.7%. Due to this reduction in impervious area the project is below the required 24% impervious percentage and we would like to request that no stormwater management plan is required. Please find attached the revised impervious drainage map with calculations.Assuming the submittal of this additional information fulfills your request, we respectfully request that DWQ issue a 401 permit for the 0.25 Ac disturbance/fill associated with the project.
