A restoration plan has been received in the FRO and Stormwater=etlands compliance unit for the remainder of the unauthorized wetland impacts. Approval of project is recommended w/inclusion of condition requiring deed notification language to subsequent owners, and approval of stormwater management plan if impervious surface is >24%. (expansion of ditch 2 may provide an opportunity for stormwater management. Impacts to future phases, if any, should also be identified.
