At the time of the latest meeting, Mr. Jackson came across as agreeable to resolving the violation by whatever means required. (This
is a change of attitude). The COE may require mitigation for the impacts. A restoration plan has been received in the FRO and
Stormwater=etlands compliance unit for the remainder of the unauthorized wetland impacts.
Approval of project is recommended w/inclusion of condition requiring deed notification language to subsequent owners, and approval
of stormwater management plan if impervious surface is >24%. (expansion of ditch 2 may provide an opportunity for stormwater
management. Impacts to future phases, if any, should also be identified.
