CONDITIONS FOR THE 401 CERTIFICATION:
1. Before any impacts associated with this certification may occur, the applicant
must provide documentation of the City of Raleigh's approval of the stormwater
management plan for this project by providing EITHER:
• A valid approval letter from the City of Raleigh indicating that the proposed
activity has an approved SMP and one copy of the approved SMP (if it differs
from the April 15, 2008 submittal to DWQ), including plan details,
calculations and other supporting information, OR
• A set of stormwater plan details and calculations stamped as "Approved" by
the City of Raleigh.
2. Before any land disturbance associate with future phases of this project may
occur, the applicant must provide documentation of the City of Raleigh's approval
of the stormwater management plan in the manner stated above.
