Hello Ian -
I contacted Chuck Hill, the Project Engineer at Coulter Jewell Thames, PA, and he expects the requested level
of stormwater design detail could take 2-6 months to complete. We would greatly appreciate it if DWQ can
keep this application file open until this information can be prepared and submitted. For now, please list the
submission date as August 1, 2008 and then we can extend it further if necessary.
