REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION: STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN
Dear Mr. Davis:
On Apri17, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) issued a 401 Water Quality Certification to
fi110.103 acre of wetland and to impact 6721inear feet of an unnamed tributary to Mallard Creek in
order to construct the subject development in Cabarrus County. In order to meet Condition 8 of the
401 Certification for this project (stormwater management plan requirement), please provide the
following information as discussed below.
Additional Information Requested:
1. Please provide documentation of the City of Concord's approval of the stormwater
management plan for this project by providing EITHER:
• A valid approval letter from the City of Concord indicating that the proposed activity
has an approved SMP and one copy of the approved SMP, including plan details,
calculations and other supporting information, OR
• A set of stormwater plan details and calculations stamped as, "Approved" by the City
of Concord.
The DWQ will require the above additional information prior to any impacts occurring on the
