Dear Mr. Weber:
On February 29, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated February
27, 2008, with additional information received from you on April 10, 2008, to impact 149 linear feet of
perennial stream to construct the proposed road through the site that is to be developed as a residential
subdivision and to upgrade an existing dam. Your application was unacceptable due to the following
items:
1. Are all lots buildable without additional impact/fill?
2. Your cumulative impact analysis is rather weak. Please provide a more robust cumulative impact
analysis.
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If we do not receive this
requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, your project will be withdrawn
and you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters
or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not
