Lia,
As you may already know, the Garner elementary school project is on hold due to political reasons. Therefore,
the express review process does not need to continue at present.
Our client representative, Jeff Young wants to know a couple of things;
1) If WCPSS went ahead with permitting, how long would the permit be good for?
2) If the permit expires, would the whole process have to be repeated?
