Thank you for getting back to me regarding my request for a meeting in order
to discuss the above referenced project.
As I mentioned in my voicemail, we would like to meet to discuss the letter
that we received from your office dated March 18, 2008. The purpose of this
meeting is to get some clarification from DWQ regarding some of the material
that is being requested as well as to discuss some of the comments that we
believe do not apply to this project. In your voicemail to me, you stated
that your schedule is not very flexible in the near future. Can you please
let me know the earliest date that we can meet to discuss this project. It
is very important for us to get these issues resolved in the near future and
we would like to meet at the earliest time possible.
