Road), Orange County, Division 7. Federal Aid Project No. BRZ-1730 (5),
State Project No. 8.2502301, WBS Element 33563.1.1, T.LP. No. B-4218.
REFERENCE: Section 404 Nationwide Permit Numbers 23 and 33, issued by the U.S. Army
Corps of Engineers, dated December 6, 2007 (Action ID No. SAW-2007-03852) -
Application for Section 404 Nationwide Permits 23 and 33, dated October 19,
2007.
This memorandum serves to rescind the Nortl~i Carolina Department of Transportation's (NCDOT)
Section 404 Nationwide Permits (NWP) 23 and 33, dated December 6, 2007. These permits were for
impacts associated wit11 the proposed replacement of Bridge No. 108 over New Hope Creek on SR 1730
(Turkey Farm Road) in Orange County. Design has changed. A separate permit application for the new
design is being submitted under separate cover.
