Southern Environmental Group, Inc. (SEGi), applied for a Nationwide Permit 29 on behalf of Legend Builders. The Division of Water Quality responded with a "Request for More Information" letter, dated 27 March 2008. Legend Builders requested SEGi respond to the items addressed within the request for more information: 1. Page 1 of the application does not include a complete address. Please correct this and copy this office and send 5 copies to Ian McMillan in Raleigh. Page 1 of the application has been revised to reflect the correct mailing address for the Applicant. One copy has been submitted to the Wilmington Regional Division of Water Quality Office, and five copies have been sent to Mr. Ian McMillan in the Raleigh Office. 2. You sent in the required draft of the restrictive covenants and deed notifications, but the site-specific information was not included. Please fill out as much of the information as possible and include it with the other information requested. The draft copy of the restrictions has been modified to include as much information about the subject parcel as possible.
