I received your letter dated 3 Apri12008 regarding the incorrect permitting fee that was
submitted with the permit application for Pinehurst No. 7 Stream Restoration, Pinehurst, Moore
County, NC. I've enclosed the original check for $240.00 and an additional check in the amount of
$330.00 to cover the entire $570.00 processing fee for this application, which proposes to restore
approximately 205 linear feet of stream channel.
