Comments:
This office is concerned about avoidance issues w/in the project area. This office feels that a lot of
wetland impacts could he avoided near the salt brick court area. If alternate routes were looked at.
In addition this office is concerned with the repranping of streams - this is considered an impact to
streams (not a temporary pact). Directional boring may need to be considered for the creek
crossings_ Additional information is needed to justi the crossing of wetlands neart salt brick court
and the stream crossings.
