Back in August we requested a permit to culvert 200 linear feet of rip-rap ditch on a site on Morreene
Road in Durham (Galway Glenn DWQ Project #06-1349. The client has reconsidered and is now going
to install a bottomless culvert for the road crossing (no culvert at all) so that no permit will be required.
Does this remove the need for stormwater practices as required by GC3402? They will adhere to
stormwater practices as required by the City of Durham. Thank you for your time.
