Sullins, Director Division of Water Quality DWQ Project # OS 1766 V2 Onslow County Sterling Farms Subdivision REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION On March 26, 2008, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) Wilmington regional Office (WiRO) received your application signed on March 19, 2008 to be able to complete the subdivision crossings due to the previously issued Certification's expiration. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested for: 1) The applicant for this project is Mr. Tom Tucker for Ogden Highway, LLC. On the Secretary of State's website, Mr. Tucker is not identified as a member or agent. Please send the Secretary of State information that lists Mr. Tucker as a new member or re-do the application with an existing member/agent as applicant. 2) This Project was recently sent a Notice of Violation (NOV) from the Division of Water Quality (DWQ), we will be placing this project on hold until you have gotten it back into compliance. When we receive word from Linda Willis of DWQ that the project is in compliance and after we have received the additional information requested. We will continue to process the application for renewal.
