Your application has been reviewed, and based on the review, the following information/comments are needed: Please submit the Required Items Checklists for each of the proposed Wet Detention Ponds and all ten of the associated required items. Pursuant to 15A NCAC 2H .0507(h) this project will be put on hold until such time as the requested information has been received. In addition, this office is requesting that the Army Corps of Engineers withhold processing the 404 permit until the requested information is provided. Please send two copies of the required information to Cyndi Karoly at the 401 Oversight and Express Permits Unit by May 30, 2008, addressing the above issues. Failure to provide the requested information by the aforementioned date may result in the application being returned as incomplete.
