Inspection Summary:
stream appeared to be influenced from seeps coming from the upper resevoir. It was suggested that the pond be drained to see if
that would affect the channel. It did. The channel has been manipulated in the past either during construction of the original/existing
resevoir and "road" on site. Based on the site visit and subsequent follow up by S&ME. I have no problems with issuance of the
permit.
