Certification in Wake, North Carolina. Your application package is being returned to you. The resubmission
application failed to supply the required Nationwide, Regional or General Permit Number Requested (see I. 2.
under Processing). The USACE would have dictated the permit type to request. We acknowledge the correct
application payment was attached (check #10004 $200) to the resubmission; however we are unable to move
forward without the correct permit type requested.
