I received your letter dated March 30, 2007. you wrote: "Due to the unique design
of your ~ro3ect where the Meuse River riparian Buffer Regulations ISA NCAC 28.0233
will be imposed upon your ad~acent neighbor`s property and his objection to that
project the ~Q is seeking c arification through counsel." I for~rded to you a
letter from Mr. Brandon dated Htarch 16. 2QtJ7, and an a-mail from Kr. Brandon
received March 20, 2007, with attachrgent. In neither of these com~nications did
Mr. Brandon saX that he objected to the imposition of the Meuse River Riparian
Buffer Regulations but rather the proximity of the excavation to his propert~r line.
Mr. Brandon's a-mail indicated that he was thoroughly confused about the pro3ect,
even though I had sent him a survey clearly showing the relocation of the proposed
excavation.
Zf you have had any correspondence with Mr.or Mrs. Brandon regarding my application,
