Please find enclosed 7 copies of the revised Page 9 of the PCN that you requested, stating that
impacts 3 & 4 are perennial stream impacts. The width of permanent maintenance will be 30 feet within
the New Hanover County easement. All future maintenance will be conducted by the county. Please
