I have addressed the DWQ comments and again I will go through the
attachments as concise as possible to relieve any ambiguities.
First, to address the DWQ concerns about the velocity dissipaters we have
run calcs (attached culvert calcs) which include Q10 for the pipes, pipe
sizing, and velocity dissipater calculations. We ended up resizing the
culvert #1, since we diverted a large portion of stormwater runoff though a
roadway drainage system (attached culvert delins). For this reason we have
attached more pipe sizing calculations. I have attached 3 plan views. One
overall site plan, and two plan view of the culverts showing the impacted
area, the riprap velocity dissipaters, and the existing topo (attached
Impact Sheets).

Second, we have addressed the DWQ's concerns about level spreader
maintenance easements on all four of the level spreaders.
