Per the terms of the Additional Conditions of the Minor Variance Approval Certification
dated 11/30/04, we have completed the following:
1. Three (3) Azalea shrubs (3ga1) have been planted within the retained portions of
the protected buffers.
2. Diffuse flow devices have been installed on the ends of the two (2) gutter
downspouts. The devices uncoil and discharge the water in a sprinkler pattern
through a series of holes along the uncoiled tube.
3. The Certificate of Completion is enclosed.
