The enclosure provides analytical results for samples taken from seven designated outfalls associated with regulated industrial activities. Results for samples collected at Outfall OFC-003 showed a benchmark value exceedance of oil and grease (O&G) . Notification of this exceedance, to include subsequent actions, was provided to your office in October by MCB CAMLEJ' s Environmental Management Division (EMD) .
