On October 23, 2015, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application, which
was signed and dated on September 11, 2015, requesting an Individual Water Quality
Certification from the Division for the subject project.
On November 18, 2015, the Division requested detailed information regarding stream, wetland
and riparian buffers impacts and avoidance and minimization of the project's impacts to some of
these resources. Because we have not received this additional information within 60 days of the
one-year deadline for processing the 401 application, by copy of this letter, we are returning
your application for 401 Certification.
Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0507(e), the Division is unable to approve your application. For
the reasons listed above, your application is hereby returned. Once you have addressed the
problems and/or inadequacies with your application as it was submitted, you will need to
