The following items should be addressed for compliance with the permitting agency. • DLR requested re -grading, seeding and matting of the south east corner slope of the Tree Clearing project area along with any remaining bare areas in the vicinity. • DLR stated repair work was needed to correct rill & gully erosion and establishment of a groundcover on the north slope of Ph. 3 area. It was noted during the inspection that all areas were hydro -seeded last week with the addition of a tacking agent and slope drains / drainage swales were added to convey storm water away from the slope areas. It was also stated that the north slope of the Ph. 3 project area is a temporary feature — future Hotel site area. • DLR requested re -working the west upper level slope of the Cabin Roads project area by tracking, seeding and matting. • DLR requested additional stabilization of the west slope areas on Clubhouse site and cleaning/restoration of the sediment basins (2) with movement of slope drains to the upper cell of the basins. • DLR requested final restoration of areas permitted in the following areas; Covered Arena, RV Park areas (permitted as Farmettes) and Stablehouse Inn (permitted as Groomsman Quarters).
