Late Report Due to Inadequate Rain
To Whom It May Concern:
Meritor, Inc. located at 22021 Skyway Church Road, Maxton, NC hereby notifies the
Division of Water Quality that we have been unable to obtain an adequate stormwater
samples for the month of August. This is due to the unexpected rainfall event on off
duty shift that has made sampling difficult.
However, we have obtained a sample for the month of September and will submit it to
an approved laboratory for analysis. As soon as the data from those potential samples
is received, Meritor will file the Monthly-Annual Report for September CY 2016 on the
appropriate forms in accordance with our Certificate of Coverage.
