We apologize for this oversight. To correct the error, please find enclosed two signed copies of the Discharge Monitoring Reports ("DMRs") for Ju u�h, exrre+6 IA 5 and for January through April 2016, for the above-referenced facility. In addition, we note that there are exceedences of the benchmark values contained in the permit. We are in the process of investigating the root cause(s) and expect to be installing additional best management practices and updating our stormwater pollution prevention plan in the near future to address these issues.
