The project is (Description of Minimization of Water located near China Grove, NC on SR-1549 which is classified as a local road. The surrounding area is rural residential and agricultural land. The drainage area for Kerr Creek Quality Impacts) at this crossing is approximately 5.76 square miles. The project drainage system consists of a drop inlet and pipe that drain to roadside ditches. Riprap aprons are located at the end of all pipe outfalls and where ditches tie into the stream banks.
