The ditch was constructed to ensure water movement from outside of the easement, through the easement/buffer. The ditch does not appear to be harming the function of the stream restoration project at this time however there may be increased risk to the stream bank where the ditch ties in. The Permittee has instructed the contractor to restore the area to be in compliance with the approved plans. page: 2
