We have scheduled a meeting with representatives of the Town of Wrightsville Beach to discuss the requested
agreement between Bailey and the Town as described in your 9/7/16 letter to Chris Bailey. The meeting will take place
on September 27th. In order to provide time that may be needed for any meeting follow-up or subsequent related
communications, my client is requesting an additional 30 day period in which to respond to your letter. Thank you for
your consideration and please provide confirmation regarding this request.
