Sampling Timeframe: October 2014
Charlotte Pipe and Foundry (Charlotte Pipe) is sending this letter to
NCDENR in regard to monthly Tier II sampling requirements for SW004.
For the month of October 2014,URS, our contractor,made several attempts
to collect stormwater samples from outfall SW004,but weather conditions
did not prove favorable to allow for sampling during a reasonable period.
As required in Tier II of the Stormwater Plan,Charlotte Pipe will continue to
monitor for all required parameters until such time as the site can
demonstate three consecutive samples that are below the bendhmark values.
