I have reviewed the information sent to me on the Lenoir Golf Club Stream Restoration of Zacks Fork project,
which proposes to stabilize 210 feet of Zacks Fork via bank sloping, planting, and a cross vane in Caldwell
County.
Project activities should not impact trout and do not need to be avoided during the trout moratorium.
