There are more than 200 non -riparian credits available for purchase from the Hofmann Forest
Wetland Mitigation Bank. The price per non -riparian credit is $49,423 in this hydrologic unit, so
the total purchase price for .044 non -riparian credits would be $21,746.12. We would be happy to
provide credits to Swansboro Investors LLC for impacts associated with Onslow County
development project SAW -2013-01412.
