Per your request (see messages below), attached is the Corps fill permit and updated Hoffman Forest
Mitigation Bank letter for the Swansboro Investors, LLC site in Swansboro, NC. The prospective buyer
would like confirmation from DEQ that purchasing the credits from Hoffman Forest Mitigation Bank vs.
Batchelors Delight Mitigation Bank (as specified in the 401 Certification) is acceptable to DEQ.
An email response from you confirming Hoffman Forest Mitigation Bank is acceptable should be
sufficient. If there are any problems or questions, please contact either Haywood Pittman, or John

A couple of years ago a 401 cert was issued to Swansboro Investors in Onslow County. The cert referenced
credits from the Batchelors Delight bank, but the credits will be coming from the Hofmann Forest in accordance
with the Corps Permit. Is this acceptable?
