Good Morning Jennifer,
Yes, I'm sorry if that wasn't clear. The Corps is reevaluating our mitigation proposal for the Eagle Island Dike
Raise project. Once we have established a proposal that is acceptable to the resource agencies we will modify
the application to reflect the new mitigation proposal and ask to proceed with the 401 process.
