Enclosed please find one original and one copy of Forms SWU-247 and SWU-242 and
the laboratory analytical results for the April 22, 2016 stormwater sample. No
benchmark values were exceeded during this sampling event.
Three consecutive monitoring results have been below the benchmark values, and
monthly monitoring for all parameters has been completed. Semiannual sampling will
resume, and the next sample will be collected between July 1 and December 31, 2016.
