This letter is in reference to your letter dated March 7, 2008, requesting
additional information concerning the DWQ application dated February 28,
2008, that I submitted for Ballantrae Farms Subdivision.
I spoke with Mr. Thomas Brown, USACE Representative, concerning the
Nationwide Permit Number for Ballantrae Farms Subdivision; it is Nationwide
Permit Number 29. Mr. Brown informed me that the 404 Application was
approved last week.
I also spoke with Mr. Ian McMillan with your agency and he instructed that I
send a letter including the Nationwide Permit Number(29) and a new check for
$240.00 to you.
Enclosed is a copy of your letter requesting additional information for the PCN
application under I. Processing, Item 2 and a check for $240.
