Impacts have been reduced from 0.14 acre to 0.10 acre. Let me know what you think. Thanks! The lawn behind the pool deck on Lot 25 seems excessive. They can have the pool or a back yard, but they need to take a pick. I do appreciate the use of the retaining wall to minimize impacts to some degree. On lot 26, the corner of the garage clips the wetland, so why is most of the finger being filled? I think this impact can be avoided all together by moving the garage up and using a retaining wall. Also, I don't have the mitigation credit reservation letters on either of these. But I guess that will change with the revisions I'm requesting. I sent both applications to the FWS for coordination on the Northern long-eared bat. Please revise both plans to avoid and minimize wetland impacts ASAP so I can wrap these up before I leave. Thanks John John N Policarpo US Army Corps of Engineers Wilmington District 910-251-4487 1
