Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs) and Qualitative Monitoring Reports (QMRs) to Charlotte
Pipe and Foundry for stormwater samples collected on May 20, 2016. The DMRs summarize
the laboratory analytical and storm parameters in accordance with storm water discharge
