The DWR has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until the following information is received: 1. Provide the proposed longitudinal profile and channel cross-section dimensions. Provide justification for the proposed channel dimensions based on reference reach information or stable dimensions upstream and downstream of the proposed re -alignment. 2. Provide a planting plan or explanation of how the stream will be stabilized with vegetation/matting. 3. Explain how Condition number 7 of the GC "work in the dry' will be met. 4. Natural fiber matting is recommended for streambank stabilization over plastic matting that can entrap small animals. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)(2)] Please ensure that no plastic matting is used for the project. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502, the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. If all of the requested information is not received within 45 calendar days of receipt of this email, the DWR will be unable to approve the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the DWR for approval, including a complete application package and the appropriate fee. Contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
