The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on hold until all of the following items are addressed: A portion of the work is proposed on, or may need to be conducted on, property owned by Mitchell Osteen. Please provide documentation from Mr. Osteen acknowledging and authorizing the proposed work. The remnant stream channel within the pond footprint has the potential to contain a significant amount of accumulated fine sediment, which, if present, could mobilize after the first storm event following the dam removal. How do you plan to address this sediment, particularly in the upper reach of the former pond where no restoration is proposed? Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Andrew W. Moore, P.G.
