I talked with Marc Shown of the Hydraulics Unit and he is willing to meet you out there and talk about the design
challenges and constraints we had on the project. As we discussed, Marc made every effort to provide a stable system
that reduces the energy by having the last pipe on a very low slope. In addition, they have improved the situation from
existing by taking the pipe all the way down the mountain where before there was erosion from outleted flows.

If you and Marc would be able to meet, he could take you to the sites and explain the constraints. After that meeting,
we could discuss options after you have been able to review.
