Clearwater Environmental submitted Final stream restoration plans on February 11, 2008 indicated 570 linear feet of restoration and include stream work, buffer planting, and preservation as shown on sheet 1 of 8 from Station 0+00 to 5+50 The plan set submitted on October 8, 2007 areas did not include any stream restoration work, buffer planting, or preservation in the area shown as Station 0+00 to 1+00 (as shown on Sheets 1 of 8 and 3 of 8). This 130 foot section of Logan Creek was not included as part of the mitigation area on the October 17`'' submittal. We believe that this helps clarify the discrepancy in mitigation and satisfies DWQ's need for further information.
