On May 5, 2016, the subject project was received by the Division of Water Resources for
review. The submittal followed several site visits to determine jurisdictional issues and the
general water quality certification requirements for the proposed plan. Following several emails
and telephone conversations another meeting was held on July 18`' with the Army Corps of
Engineers, and your consultants Greg Antemann and Kelly Thames. Various routes were
discussed regarding the site to achieve your goal as well as permitting issues. As of this date the
project has still not moved forward and there is still uncertainty with the project based on my last
conversation with Ms. Thames. Given there is no clarity with the project and the amount of time
that has passed, we are withdrawing this project from consideration for a Water Quality
Certification. You may re -apply at a later date when a plan for moving forward has been
developed.
