The first 2 phases of this project did not incur any wetland stream or buffer impacts. Phase 3 includes a road crossing; that will cross a buffered feature that exists in an agriculture field. A Buffer Determination was conducted in 2005 (TPBRRO#OS-141) and the feature was determined to be Subject to a 50-ft buffer. An USACE Permit (AID 200520994) and DWQ 401 Permit (DWQ#OS-1046) were issued for these impacts, but the USACE hermit expired in 2007 and ,thus, the 401 permit also expired.
