For purposes of this permit the definition of Total Toxic Organics is that definition contained in the EPA Effluent Guidelines for the facility subject to the requirement to sample (for metal finishing use the definition as found in 40 CFR 433.11; for semiconductor manufacture use the definition as found in 40 CFR 469.12;for electronic crystal manufacture use the definition as found in 40 CFR 469.22; and for cathode ray tube manufacture use the definition found in 40 CFR 469.31). For those facilities electing to employ the TTO monitoring waiver,the discharger shall sign the following certification statement: "Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for total toxic organics (TTO), I certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief, no dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the stormwatg „4, ,areas which are exposed to rainfall or stormwater runoff has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report. Claremont,North Carolina 28610 I have enclosed two(2)signed Discharge Monitoring Reports(DENR Form SWU-245-10/25/2012 revision)for the March,April,May and July reports which are"No Discharge"reports. I have also enclosed two(2)signed Discharge Monitoring Reports(DENR Form SWU-245-10/25/2012 revision)for June 29,2016. Prysmian received the analytical results on July 22,2016. Accompanying the discharge monitoring reports are copies of: • laboratory analytical reports • stormwater data summary with flow calculations • Site map documenting stormwater outfall locations,drainage areas and runoff factors. The sample event satisfies analytical monitoring requirements in accordance with Part II,Section B of the General Permit effective 1 November 2012. Results:June sampling results were all within permit threshold limits on all outfalls. Prysmian's manufacturing activities do not fall in categones that required Total Toxic Organic(TTO)monitoring No TTO results are submitted. The stormwater data summary sheet included with the enclosures summarizes flow and analytical results for all storms previously sampled at the Prysmian Claremont site.
