Blessed day, I found just what we need! I didn't doubt that Jeff was on it, but I just couldn't find where the info
was! These pretty maps quantify impacts on resource types based on aerial imagery AND ground truthing. Jeff
and Spencer went out in the field and took a slew of pictures to confirm what was actual phrag and other (let
me know if this is acceptable to you). We can certainly follow up with another site visit...
That said, I would appreciate if you all could submit some comments formally so I can present them to the PDT.
I had an equally resourceful conversation with John Ellis today and he provided some alternative mitigation
types that we will be exploring (to include phrag eradication on site).
