permit that was submitted to your office yesterday. I spoke with Maryanne (sp?) this afternoon
(3/20/08) and she informed me that she had received the package with our permitting material in
it and that she would set it aside until this check arrived (the submission check was accidently
left out of the mailed package). To be of further assistance, I have enclosed a copy of the original
submission letter.

Carolina. The project, named Alpine Creek, proposes the disturbance of approximately 8.7 acres, consisting mainly
of a new roadway. With the new road, we are proposing four (4) perennial stream culvert crossings and all of the
information required for the necessary permit approval is included with this PCN submission. Enclosed with this
