I conducted a site inspection of TIEC on August 18th to evaluate the sediment cleanup conducted in response to NOV-
2016-PC-0306. Clement Riddle with ClearWater was present during the inspection. Sediment had been removed and
S&EC measures had been adequately implemented in 5 of the 6 streams impacted. Apparently the 6th stream had been
cleaned up, but was then re -impacted between the cleanup activities and my site visit. See attached picture. Therefore,
the NOV has not yet been adequately resolved. I am scheduled to return on Thursday September 1, 2016 to re-evaluate
the 6th stream.
