January 30, 2008 to impact 0.013 acres of wetlands, 140 feet of perennial streams, 6,895 square feet (ft2) of Zone 1 protected riparian buffers and 2,098 square feet (ft?) of Zone 2 protected riparian buffers to construct the proposed road crossing and level .spreaders at the above referenced subdivision. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below._, The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands-,and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive the additional infot~matiorr requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your application as required by I5A NCAC 2H .D506 and 15A NCAC 2B.0233 will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. Please. provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Per the requirements of the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule, all stormwater drainage from this site must be discharged through a correctly designed level spreader. Current level spreader design requirements are set forth in Chapter 8 of the North Carolina Stormwater BMP Manual, available at: http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/su/bmp forms.htm. 2. Please provide one current Level Spreader Supplement Form for each proposed level spreader, also available at: http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/su/bmp, forms.htm. Please include the Required Items checklist and ALL items listed therein (the submittal will not be approved until all required items are submitted). The DWQ strongly prefers that this form be completed digitally, printed and submitted. If we do not receive this requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, your project will be withdrawn and you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
